Competitive archery is about strength, performance under pressure, persistence, humility and the desire to hit that perfect score. Trying to reach 270+ is hard enough, trying to pass 280 and staying there appears impossible and the road to meet that goal is paved with setbacks. Once you fail, stay calm, listen to your heart, trust your training, keep trying and your arrows will hit gold

The best moments in my life are when Max and I connect. He is preparing for Thailand Princess Cup 2012, experienced a downturn in his scores [dropped to 268], we looked for areas of improvement, tried to make the changes Ton wants us to make and worked through frustrations, tears even. Max learned that he can not force it, he must work hard and keep changing.
Late this afternoon it sank in, he made the change and things are looking up again. Now it is all about automizing the improvements.
He is at boxing and i am working now, looking at a long night, but who cares .. we connected and made the change :]
May all your arrows hit gold
