เป็นมีดจากค่าย Boker Tree Brand ค่ายใหญ่จากประเทศเยอรมัน รุ่นนี้เป็นงานหรูหรา น่าจะผลิตมา เพื่อผู้เก็บสะสมโดยเฉพาะ

มาในซองหนังสวยงาม ตอนแรกผมเข้าใจว่าหนังจระเข้ แต่ดูจากราคาค่างวด ผู้รู้ท่านว่า หนังวัวอัดลายให้เหมือนหนังจระเข้มากกว่า

มีดรุ่นนี้ออกแบบโดย Custom Knifemaker Jerry Lairson เป็นช่างมีดงานร้อนมากประสพการณ์ จากฝั่ง USA. ชื่อรุ่น Pine Creek ก็มาจาก
แรงบันดาลใจในสถานที่ที่สวยงามนั่นคือ Pine Creek State Park บ้านเกิดของ Jerry ณ Ringold in Southeast, Oklahoma นั่นเอง

มีพลาสติกสีแดง คั่นระหว่างไม้ที่เป็นด้ามจับ กับเหล็กด้วย เรียกแบบช่างมีดว่า Liner ไว้ช่วยกันความชื้นจากไม้ที่จะทำให้เกิดสนิมกับเหล็กได้
ผมเคยเห็นประกับแบบไม่มี Liner ด้วย เมื่อเวลาผ่านไป ลองแกะออกมาดู จะมีสนิมอยู่ข้างใต้ประกับมีดนั้นๆ อย่างมากมายมหาศาลเลยทีเดียว

Jerry เป็นช่างทำมีดมากว่า 50 ปี และเขายังมุ่งมั่นที่จะปรับปรุงงานฝีมือของเขา อยู่ตลอดเวลา เล่มนี้ออกแบบเป็นแบบ Full Tang

มาพร้อมด้วยใบมีดขนาด 3-5/8 นิ้ว ทำจากวัสดุ T6MoV stainless มีค่าความแข็งอยู่ที่ 56-57 HRc. ขัดผิวใบมีดแบบ satin finish
พร้อมด้วยด้ามจับ ที่ทำมาจากไม้ และ เขากวาง แต่เล่มที่มาโชว์นี้ เป็นแบบด้ามไม้ครับ

เล่มนี้ด้ามจับทำมาจากไม้ Guayacan Ebony ยึดเข้ากับมีดด้วย mosaic pins มาพร้อมด้วยซองหนังแบบ Embossed Leather Sheath

ปิดท้ายด้วยซองหนังสวยๆ สรุป เป็นมีดใบตายขนาดกระทัดรัด พกพาสะดวก จับถนัดมือ รูปทรงมีดและด้ามจับ ออกแบบมาได้ดี ลงตัวทุกการใช้งาน
ราคาไม่แพง ถ้าใช้เหล็กดีกว่านี้ ก็น่าจะขายให้แพงขึ้นอีกได้ งานของ Boker ทำออกมาได้ดี คุ้มค่าคุ้มราคาครับ เล่มหน้า BenchMade GoldClass :cool:

Pine Creek Hunter แต่ละเล่มจะมี 2 Finger Choils และมีร่องกันลื่นด้านบนสันมีด เพื่อการจับที่กระชับในหลายลักษณะด้วย

ต้นฉบับเป็นยังไงเอ่ย เพราะเท่าที่ทราบกัน Choil คือส่วนเว้าที่โคนใบ ไม่นับที่ด้าม จึงมีได้แค่ 1 เดียว

เขามาแก้ให้เป็น spacer (สะ เป เซ่อ) น่ะถูกแล้ว ยังจะไป liner ต่ออีก
